Arby’s First Burger Has Wagyu Beef

Arby’s does not play when it comes to meat. After all, they have, well, them. Now, they’re doubling down on that expertise by unveiling its very first burger creation, the Arby’s Wagyu Steakhouse Burger.

Though you’ll most likely find Wagyu beef at a top-tier steakhouse, Arby’s is serving it up to the masses to bring the hungry the highest quality burger experience in fast food. For those not familiar, Wagyu beef is a breed of cattle from Japan, coveted for its rich marbling and unparalleled flavor.

Arby’s exclusive new burger features American Wagyu in the 6.4-ounce burger patty, which is a blendof 52% American Wagyu and 48% ground beef. To up the ante and ensure the premium steakhouse experience is delivered, the patty is even cooked sous vide style, to ensure the juices and flavor are locked in the meat.

The Wagyu Steakhouse Burger will feature an American Wagyu blended burger topped with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion and a special burger sauce on a toasted buttery brioche bun, with the option to add bacon or ranch.

Fans can experience the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger for $5.99 from May 23 to July 31, available at participating Arby’s locations nationwide.
