Arby’s Just Brought Back Brown Sugar Bacon And Made It 3x Thicker

A while back Arby’s introduced brown sugar bacon to their sandwiches. Essentially candied bacon, the limited-time ingredient feature crispy strips of bacon covered in brown sugar and cooked until sweet and salty come together in the ultimate meet cute.

Now, the fast food sandwich chain is bringing back the sugar-covered bacon, albeit with a slight change. The new candied bacon strips will be three times thicker than before.

Boasting a quarter of an inch in girth, the slabs of pork are featured on four Arby’s sandwiches that form the Triple Thick Lineup: Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon Roast Beef, Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon Turkey, Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon BLT, Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon Club.

What a sweet and salty mouthful, right?

The Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon BLT itself boasts five slices of the limited time bacon. Expect to only see the sweet and thick bacon to grace participating Arby’s locations for a limited time, most likely through the end of July.

Arby’s also couldn’t help but troll vegetarians by reopening their Vegetarian Support Hotline.
