Burger King Wants To F*ck Up Your Mouth With Hot Sauce-Infused Buns

We’ve seen red burger buns before, but this might be the first time we’ve seen them infused with a fiery red hot sauce.

Burger King’s calling it “the Angriest Whopper” and aside from basic stuff you’d usually find in a spicy burger, the kicker really is the buns, which have hot sauce baked into them. The rest of the burger consists of a flame-grilled beef patty, thick-cut bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, crispy onion petals, jalapeños, mayo and spicy “Angry Sauce.”

Burger King has really been putting in work, cranking out new food items faster than Steph Curry puts up threes. In February, they released Grilled Hot Dogs, a Dr. Pepper shake, an extra long buttery cheeseburger, and Jalapeno Chicken Fries. In late November, they brought back the nostalgic Surge drink and made it into a frozen slushie.

At some point, Burger King’s just going to evolve into an entirely different restaurant, right?
