Chick-fil-A Testing Sweet Potato Waffle Fries

Chick-fil-A seems to be toying with the addition of Sweet Potato Waffle Fries to their extended sides menu, with reports of it being tested in the Exton, PA areas turning up on the Grub Grade blog earlier today. According to the descriptions, the item comes by way of asking for an upgrade to their traditional waffle fries, resulting in a $1.20 upgrade charge per order.

No word on final pricing for the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries if they do indeed get a broader roll out, but they are reported to have a nice sweet potato flavor, both mild and sweet, overall a bit softer and less crunchy than the regular waffle fries.

Anyone out there tried these bad boys, or have an interest in trying them? Sounds like a nice addition to the Chick-fil-A lineup.
