JELL-O, known for its beloved classic desserts, is officially entering the plant-based sector with its Oat Milk Chocolate Pudding, which debuted on April 15. This is a significant move for JELL-O, which marks its first plant-based product in its 125-year history. The new pudding caters to nearly two million U.S. children with milk allergies and the 30% of Americans who are lactose intolerant.

With this launch, Kraft Heinz, JELL-O’s parent company, makes its debut in the plant-based and oat milk dessert markets, responding to consumer demand for innovative, delicious products. This step aligns with the broader trend towards plant-based eating and represents JELL-O’s commitment to offering a variety of dessert options for diverse dietary needs, as the new pudding is vegan, lactose-free, and delivers the same creamy texture and rich chocolate flavor.

There’s a rising interest in plant-based options, with 4 out of 5 parents expressing interest in dairy alternative puddings. JELL-O aims to provide delicious plant-based desserts that the whole family can enjoy.

The new JELL-O Oat Milk Chocolate Pudding will be available in convenient 4-packs retailing for $3.99 nationwide.
