Good & Gather, Target’s flagship and best-selling food and beverage brand, is launching a first-of-its-kind collaboration featuring restaurant-quality offerings crafted with renowned chefs and tastemakers. Leading the debut is James Beard Award-winning chef Ann Kim, who is bringing her expertise to the table with four premium wood-fired pizzas and three appetizers.

A decorated chef and restaurateur who immigrated to the United States from South Korea, Kim opened Pizzeria Lola in Minneapolis in 2010, opened Hello Pizza, an East Coast-inspired slice shop, and then opened Young Joni in 2016. Then in 2019, she was awarded the James Beard Award for “Best Chef Midwest.”

Kim’s culinary style is deeply inspired by her grandmother’s Korean cooking, and she’s made a name for herself by blending bold Korean flavors into her pizzas. That’s exactly why this collaboration with Good & Gather Collabs feels like a perfect fit. Together, they’re bringing shoppers seven Korean-inspired frozen pizzas and appetizers—including Kim’s claim to fame, The Pickle Pie. Just head to Target’s aisles and grab a taste of her signature creations.

Consumers can expect to purchase one of the four premium wood-fired pizzas for $7.49 each and three restaurant-quality appetizers $6.49 each. The appetizer lineup includes Korean-inspired corn cheese bites, pork and kimchi dumplings, and bulgogi meatballs.

The full Good & Gather Collabs + Ann Kim pizza series is now available in Target stores and on Target.com. It’s the perfect time to support one of your favorite AAPI chefs while getting your pizza fix.
