If you’ve ever had Ramen for dinner and wished you could have a bowl of it for dessert, we’ve got you covered.

The Japanese noodle is a savory staple in Japanese culture, but blend it with a bit of Latin American inspiration, and you’ve got yourself Ramen con Leche.

Inspired by Arroz con Leche, the sweet rice pudding often made in Spanish-speaking countries, Ramen con Leche adds a Japanese twist to the cinnamon-filled dessert.

If your mouth watered at the thought of these two dishes together, our buddy Hector Gomez sweet and simple recipe you can try at home:

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 instant ramen packets
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of evaporated milk
