DC Comics Executive Shows Off His New Batman v Superman Cereal

While people might still be buzzing about Star Wars: The Force Awakens,  we  can’t forget that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is starting to creep up on us.

Geoff Johns, the Chief Creative Officer of DC Comics gave us a little reminder the movie is on its way by Tweeting out a first look at the new Batman v Superman cereal.

General Mills, who was also behind these specially-themed Star Wars boxes, shipped out a Strawberry Chocolate Batman cereal and a Caramel Crunch Superman cereal.

The package also included a bowl, spoon and Batman mask, which is probably a lot safer than sending Superman underwear.

You’d think the CCO would get a personalized message attached, but he got the same generic, “Hey, Batman and Superman fans!” that everyone else probably got. He did get first dibs as a Christmas present, however, so the perks are still evident.

Neither Johns, nor General Mills gave any indication of when the cereals would be available to the public, but at the very least, they distracted Star Wars lovers for a few minutes.

Now to wait for the March 25 movie release.
