This Dessert Shop Lets You Build Your Own Boozy S’mores

This restaurant takes you back to your childhood campfires memories and adds a bit of an adult flavor to them.

Torch S’more Co. is a little dessert shop in Orange County, California that lets you build your own s’more with several flavors of marshmallow, chocolate and wafer to choose from, including some alcohol-based selections.

You probably know how to put together a classic s’more, but you probably never thought about putting one together with a Bailey’s Irish Cream marshmallow and Guinness graham cracker, or a whiskey bacon marshmallow with with a vanilla graham cracker.

As you can imagine with the name, after you build your s’more, they pull out a torch and light your snack on fire right in front of you.

While their flavors change and more are added, these are the typical flavors you can find and use to build your s’more.

THE MARSHMALLOWS

Probably the key ingredient in a s’more and you get quite a few flavors to choose from at Torch:

-Vanilla
-Toasted Coconut
-Earl Grey Tea
-Whiskey Bacon
-Chai
-Espresso
-Bailey’s Irish Cream

GRAHAM CRACKER

You get to choose between two different types of graham crackers as you stack up your s’more.

-Classic Honey
-Vanilla
-Chocolate
-Guinness

THE CHOCOLATE

The chocolate, unfortunately, doesn’t get as crazy as the marshmallows and crackers:

-Milk Chocolate
-Dark Chocolate

The humble little shop has a location in Santa Ana’s 4th Street Market, and Tustin’s Union Market, with a location coming in Orange, California.
