S’more-Flavored Oreos Coming, No Bonfire Necessary

Oreo is coming with a vengeance, rolling out new flavors as frequently as Drake drops new singles.

Just last week Oreo released its new red velvet flavor, conveniently in time for Valentine’s Day, and now a leaked photo of S’mores Oreos give campers and nostalgic scouts a reason to get excited.

S’more-flavored Oreos make perfect sense and it feels like it should have been a stock flavor years ago.

They’re going to have a graham cracker outer layer, with both chocolate and marshmallow creme filling.

The picture of the S’moreo package was first tweeted by Michael C. Souza, who said he works for Mondelez International Inc., which produce Oreos. Just in case his credibility was called into question, he later tweeted a scan code for the Oreo package with “S’mores Oreo Cookies” printed on the label.

There’s no official release date for them, but it’s still exciting news that they’ll eventually be hitting store shelves and the bottom of stomachs.
