Krispy Kreme Now Has Brownie Batter and Birthday Cake Batter Doughnuts
Because everyone knows the best part of any baked dessert is licking the excess batter, Krispy Kreme is making a line of donuts catering solely to the crave. The two additions to the menu are the Birthday Cake and Brownie doughnuts, giving us a pretty sweet excuse to celebrate our stomachs.
The Birthday Cake Batter Doughnut is a combination of Krispy Kreme filling and cake batter filling inside of a yeast donut topped with yellow icing and multicolored confetti sprinkles. The Brownie Batter Doughnut features a chocolate yeast donut filled with brownie batter filling topped with chocolate icing and mini chocolate chips.
The donuts will only be available for a limited time at participating Krispy Kreme locations. While the grown-up in me is rationalizing getting one of each, the kid in me is doing cartwheels. I’ll take two, please.
