This Beer Bread Tastes Like Buffalo Wings

The Superbowl is long gone, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy buffalo-flavored treats. We already know hot sauce makes everything better, and buffalo wings are always a crowd pleaser, so why not mix some in with your next snack? That’s what the folks over at SoberDough are doing.  They’re purveyors of beer bread mix, for a quick bread that only requires a bottle of beer, a stir, and a pop in the oven before it’s ready.  And their flavor of the moment is, you guessed it, buffalo.  Or as they call it, “Buffalovin’ Wing.”

No word on what’s actually in the bread; we’re guessing it’s a relatively standard mix pumped up by hot sauce and maybe a bit of sweetness. We can only begin to imagine the possibilities.  Leftover sandwiches with buffalo chicken and blue cheese dressing, buffalo bread “French toast” with bacon, or even just toasted with some butter — we’d love to get our hands on some of this.
