Craving: Pumpkin Cheesecake

My friend Jackie (Yack) is always baking up awesome treats, especially during the holidays. Here we have a Pumpkin Cheesecake she made but with a little twist, it has gingersnap crust. I wonder how this would do against Costco’s pumpkin pies in competition.
