An Intimate Look At The Crispiest, Cheesiest Spanimal Fries On Instagram

If you’ve never been to a night market in Southern California, they’re made in the likeness of Taiwanese night markets and usually feature Asian-inspired dishes.

In the first of three featured night markets this summer, the OC Night Market was loaded with tons of delicious food, drinks and Foodbeasts going from booth to booth devouring everything they could get their hands on.

We debuted our Spanimal Fries at the market and got a lot of love from market-goers as they tried this crazy creation for the first time.

Inspired by the Animal Style Fries you can find at Cali’s finest burger joint, In-N-Out, we put together fry-cut spam, topped it with melted American cheese, Asian Thousand Island Sauce, soy glazed caramelized onions and Furikake seasoning.
