FUNNEL CAKE TACOS Are Real, Here’s How To Make Them At Home

You can find some pretty crazy food when you go to the county fair, but even the craziest fair food falls short of what Oh, Bite It just created.

They’re called Funnel Cake Tacos and everything about them sound amazing.

The traditional tortilla is replaced with a funnel cake base that gives the taco a carnival feel. Then you can put whatever the hell you want over it like some Al Pastor meat and  maybe some guac.

To make the funnel cake, Oh, Bite It mixed pancake batter with some chili powder to give it some spice. They then showed their secret to getting that funnel cake shape as they placed the batter into a plastic Ziploc bag, cut a hole in the bag, and squeezed it out in a circular motion.

After letting the funnel cake cool, they put some ground beef, jalapenos, cilantro and cream.

Pro tip: Don’t use ground beef. You deserve better taco meat. At least throw some carnitas over it.
