Dessert sushi, up til now, has been one of those innovations that sounds a lot better in name than in execution. At a rotating sushi bar in France called Planet Sushi, the mythical nutella roll consists of chocolate hazelnut spread squeezed inside a wad of coconut-flavored rice and wrapped in a thin crepe. Also available with strawberries or bananas, the "Maki Nutella" seems surprisingly ungimmicky, all things considered — a miniature crepe held together with rice instead of whipped cream.

Come on, it's better than getting the green tea mochi again.
