ZonePerfect Bars

So this morning, after a breakfast of eggs and toast, I turned to my gym-rat brother and asked him what was “hot” on the protein streets. After some jargon about all the different kinds of Whey protein I could consume (don’t ask gym rats about protein, it’s like asking an ignorant musician about their thoughts on pop music…or hearing stories about nickel gasoline prices from your dad), he opens the cabinet and pulls out a Costco pack of these “Zone Perfect” bars. Chock full of protein and calcium, yet easy on the fat…best of all, doesn’t taste like cardboard and Bengay. Infact, the Fudge Graham flavor I tore through is on par with Snickers, Reese’s and other familiar candy bars. Hype.
