It was recently declared by news outlets that the summer of 2021 was the hottest on record in the United States. Sounds about right to me the way @trendychef_ went and cooked himself a gourmet lobster omelette using nothing but solar power.
As his TikTok clip above shows, he threw down out in the open under 114 degree weather, using the unforgiving summer sun to whip up his breakfast. We’ve seen eggs being fried on the hoods of cars under the sun before, but a whole lobster omelette complete with the melted cheese on top certainly took things to an upper echelon.
