JINYA Ramen Bar, the acclaimed modern ramen destination, is taking ramen to a new level with an exclusive collaboration that celebrates their 15th anniversary. Teaming up with the Internet’s Pasta King, Gianluca Conte—better known as QCP—they’re launching a bold new Italian-inspired ramen dish called “Ciao” Ramen, hitting participating locations on August 4.

“At JINYA, pushing boundaries is in our DNA,” says founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “For our 15th anniversary, we wanted to shake up the ramen scene and bring something fresh to the table. Working with Gianluca to blend the rich tradition of Japanese ramen with the vibrant flavors of Italy was a no-brainer. It’s different, exciting, and exactly what JINYA stands for: tradition elevated through creativity.”

The Ciao Ramen is a delicious mashup built on a tomato purée soup base infused with garlic, olive oil, and fragrant herbs, blended seamlessly into JINYA’s signature creamy chicken broth. Topped with tender sous-vide chicken breast, spinach, dehydrated cherry tomatoes, a kick of chili oil, garlic, and aromatic basil oil, it’s finished off tableside with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Gianluca Conte, a viral culinary star known for mixing authentic Italian flavors with his signature comedic style, is thrilled about the collab. “Bringing a taste of my Italian roots to JINYA’s ramen experience lets me mix two cuisines I love in a way that’s truly unique and delicious,” he shares.

With the Ciao Ramen, JINYA isn’t just redefining ramen flavors, they’re proving ramen can cross borders and surprise fans in the best way possible.
