Sprite Reveals ‘Chill’ New Beverage That Delivers A Cooling Sensation

While we anxiously wait for sunny skies and hotter weather, Sprite is already prepared and two steps ahead revealing its newest product to hit the market, Sprite Chill, a fizzy beverage that gets colder with every sip.

Sprite, known as the world’s leading lemon-lime flavored soda brand, brings its A-game with Spite Chill, a drink that presents a refreshing twist of cherry-lime to the brand’s signature flavor. Through a proprietary blend of cooling agents in the liquid, similar technology used in baking, the iconic green label aims to deliver consumers a unique and multi-sensory experience with its latest innovation.

Undoubtedly tapping into Gen Z culture, the brand’s inspiration behind Sprite Chill can be traced to the ‘ice-cold’ colloquialism, the double-entendre that means being at “the top of your game” (for any boomers who just might be reading this). With this top of mind, Sprite enlists the help of NBA star and Atlanta Hawks point guard, Trae Young for the campaign. “Ice Trae” is known for his lethal shots that undisputedly send shivers down his opponents’ spines, and will be featured in Sprite’s new advertisement “Freeze and Desist” to promote the chilly new beverage.

Sprite Chill and Sprite Chill Zero Sugar follows suit after the previously released Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry and Sprite Lymonade Legacy, and will be available in North America through July while supplies last.
