Popeyes’ viral chicken sandwich will be back and the return has been given a hard date via a quick video announcement posted on the restaurant’s Instagram account this morning.
The much anticipated date will be this Sunday, November 3rd. Now think about this for a second, because their some genius strategy going on with this roll out.
For one, Popeyes is waiting until Sunday to release the sandwich. This is a brilliant troll of Chick-fil-A, as well know that they’re closed on Sundays. Also, November 3rd is National Sandwich Day. Clearly the stars aligned for Popeyes on this launch.
