Peep This Caramel-Drenched Cheesecake Lasagna
Here’s another banger from one of our favorite food bloggers, Amy Erickson of Oh, Bite It. She was probably craving both Italian food and cake, so found a way to combine the two for a crazy dessert.
The result was a beautiful cheesecake lasagna.
It consists of graham crackers, Cool Whip, cheesecake filling, graham cracker crumbs and caramel drizzle.
