Panda Express is officially turning up the heat nationwide.

After quietly testing the dish across select U.S. markets last year, the chain has rolled out its Dynamite Sweet & Sour Chicken across the country. The limited test run gave fans an early taste of what Panda Express hinted would be its spiciest menu item yet.

The dish is a collaboration with Buldak, the Korean instant noodle brand famous for its fiery heat.

Dynamite Sweet & Sour Chicken starts with crispy fried chicken coated in a puffed rice batter for extra crunch. It’s then wok-tossed with red bell peppers and onions before getting coated in a custom Buldak-inspired sweet and sour sauce.

The result lands somewhere between familiar Panda Express comfort food and the tongue-tingling heat Buldak fans know well.

Now that the test phase is over, the spicy mashup is officially available nationwide, giving diners everywhere the chance to see if Panda Express’ boldest heat experiment yet lives up to the hype.
