Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer-Flavored Cheese Is Now A Thing

Pabst Blue Ribbon just got the cheese treatment — and it’s not some novelty gag. The iconic beer brand teamed up with Yancey’s Fancy, a New York-based cheesemaker known for bold flavors, to drop Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer Flavored Cheese. Yep, that’s cheddar laced with the unmistakable taste of PBR.

This beer-meets-dairy mashup nods to Pabst’s brief cheese-making stint during Prohibition and Yancey’s nearly 100-year reign in flavor. After six months of flavor R&D, they landed on a cheddar that hits with rich tang and a surprisingly smooth beer finish — perfect for grilled cheese, mac, or late-night fridge raids.

It’s already popping up in stores nationwide, so keep an eye on your local cheese aisle (and maybe pour a cold one while you’re at it).
