Lasagna Burger, Because This is Americaitaly

Carbs on carbs on carbs, that’s what your favorite rapper will chant when he catches wind of this decadent Lasagna Burger. That’s right, a food blogger decided that the current scope of burger creations was growing stale, so he decided to up the ante by using a lasagna in the process.

The sandwich uses a burger patty made of a 50/50 ground beef and ground Italian sausage mix. Once the burger finished on the grill, it was topped with mozzarella cheese, lasagna noodles, tomato sauce and ricotta cheese. Holding the burger together is a freshly baked hoagie style Italian roll.

The day when I can hold a lasagna in my hand while driving on the freeway is the day…wait, that day is today.
