LA Galaxy Unveils New Blue Elote Corn Cone With Other Avocado-Inspired Creations

LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park have teamed up with Avocados from Mexico to bring an exciting, new avocado-focused menu to their AvoEats concession stand, the most impressive being their new Elote Cone.

The Elote Cone consists of a salted blue corn waffle cone, filled with avocado Tajín aioli, and tossed charred elote corn, topped off with cotija cheese and Avocados From Mexico guacamole. It’s everything you could want at a soccer game in a convenient, flavorful cone.

Other debuting menu items include a carne asada pizza, nacho quesadilla, and a traditional chips, salsa, and guacamole plate.
