If you were born between the 70s and 90s, you probably remember playing house as a kid. But is it just me, or does it seem like kids today don’t play house anymore? Could it be a coincidence, or maybe because we all know buying property isn’t as easy as it used to be? Well, Monopoly is here to raise the stakes with its newest version of the classic board game. Now you and your family (ages 21+) can live out your wildest dreams of owning, buying, and trading properties—hopefully without losing them—while enjoying a drink or two.

Hasbro just announced the first-ever official Monopoly drinking game. Monopoly Board Crawl is designed exclusively for adults 21 and over. While you can technically play this game at any time, I imagine this will come in especially handy if you have any upcoming plans to head back home to spend time with the family for the holiday season.

Players are encouraged to choose any beverage they fancy—whether it’s cocktails, mocktails, or even a Root Beer Float. Like the original game, players roll the dice to land on themed spaces, but in this version, you’ll find yourself hitting party spots like the Rooftop Bar, Dance Floor, or VIP Section.

To be honest, the only difference between the regular Monopoly and Monopoly Board Crawl is that it’s recommended you have a beverage in hand while playing. Remember it’s a drinking game, but an alcoholic beverage isn’t necessary—though it might make the holiday season with the family a little more bearable.

Monopoly Board Crawl is now available for purchase for a worthwhile price of $19.99 on Amazon.
