This Florida Food Truck Is Doing Tempura Shrimp & Grits, And It’s A Must See

If you’re looking for the most succulent and savory bite of your life then look no further than Sushi & Seoul’s food truck at Playlist Live in Orlando: BRUNCHFEST.

The fusion food truck was an easy choice for Foodbeast and Hubert’s Lemonade to feature at the food fest – all it took was one dish.

Their Tempura Shrimp and Grits is a savory food flower that’s in full bloom for the picking.

Under a vibrant sous-vide soft boiled egg is a miso ginger glazed pineapple wheel resting on top of stone ground grits that’ll cover your entire mouth in warmth and sunshine.

Petalled around it are slow roasted pork belly pieces and tiger shrimp tempura.

The three distinct, yet equally important, textures make for one of the most decadent bites you’ll find anywhere.

With a palette that glazed with flavor, there’s nothing better to satiate it than a bottle of Pineapple Ginger Hubert’s Lemonade.

You can find this delectable dish and others similar to it from 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, April 28th to Sunday, April 29th in the Food Truck Area at Brunchfest.

Tickets to the event, happening at the Orlando World Center Marriott, are still available.
