First Look: McDonald’s New CosMc’s Spinoff Restaurant

Earlier this year, it was reported that McDonald’s would be launching a spinoff chain restaurant named CosMc’s, based upon the beloved 1980s McDonald’s character of the same name. Now, thanks to Twitter (X is a stupid name), we have a first sneak peek at what’s to come for the spinoff franchise.

“The concept is being launched in Bollingbrook, IL,” Iman Jalali tweeted. “[A] whole new menu of items we’ve never seen before.” While there are some familiar offerings — McMuffins, McFlurrys, etc. — there also seem to be an insane amount of new and improved concepts like slushies, juices, stacked burgers, and more.

What caught our attention? The all-day breakfast menu. McDonald’s is infamous for their strict 10:30AM cutoff for all breakfast items but luckily, CosMc’s is giving the people what they want, which is a Sausage Egg McMuffin at 3PM. Duh.

The tweet also mentioned a full squadron of actors filming a commercial in front of the building so no news yet on its official opening day but stay tuned as we anxiously await the newest move from The Golden Arches.
