Domino’s Is Giving Away Free Pizza To Those With Student Loan Debt

Student debt repayment has been a hot button issue in recent years. With payments resuming earlier this year, borrowers that are still recovering from the pandemic are now faced with repaying loans. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, around 40% of adults are having difficulty paying their loans. President Biden’s administration has approved more than $116 billion in forgiveness for 3.4  million borrowers, per the U.S. Department of Education. Nevertheless, that’s only a drop in an ocean of 43.5 million Americans

Hoping to bring relief to borrowers, Domino’s Pizza is giving away $1 million worth of free pizzas to people still repaying student loans. Called The Emergency Pizzas for Student Loans program, it’s an extension of the company’s Emergency Pizzas initiative, which rewards members with a free medium pizza voucher for qualifying purchases.

Domino’s latest initiative begins on October 25. Each day, a limited number of free Emergency Pizza for Student Loans codes will be made available until the $1 million cap is reached.

“Student loan payments have resumed for millions of Americans, and we wanted to help in our own way by using the power of pizza to do something nice for customers. When life gives you loans, Domino’s gives you free pizza!” said Kate Trumball, Domino’s senior vice president and chief brand officer.

To get your hands on a free Emergency Pizzas for Student Loans code, visit this website. Once there, you must apply for a free code and verify your email. If you apply before the day’s limit is reached, Domino’s will email you a free pizza code, which can be used the next time you order or within 30 days.
