Poor economy? Check. One of the country’s premiere breakfast restaurants giving away a free breakfast with no strings attached? Check. Poor economy? Check. Place an ad during the Super Bowl advertising this giveaway? Check. Lines wrapping around every available Denny’s as people try to get their free grub on? Check. Check. Check. Denny’s reported that over 2 million Grand Slam meals were shelled out today. To put that into perspective, they usually move about 12.5 million Grand Slam units annually. Eat on America!
