For those unfamiliar, Dan Dan Noodles are a popular Sichuan noodle dish. Freshly boiled thin noodles are served in a savory, spicy sauce topped with minced pork, scallions and chili oil, incorporating the tingling spice of Sichuan spices.

The one of a kind ice cream flavor is done in partnership with cult favorite spice brand, Fly By Jing.
