Ben & Jerry’s FINALLY Goes Dairy-Free, Now Everyone Can Enjoy

To the poor souls who cannot partake in dairy products, Ben & Jerry’s is finally throwing you a bone with a new line of Non-Dairy Frozen Desserts.

The cartoon cow we’ve come to know and love will disappear from these pints and instead will feature a not-as-cool stamp reading, “Made with almond milk.”

The four flavors in the new line, which will be found in stores mid-March, will be Coffee Caramel Fudge, P.B. & Cookies, and non-dairy versions of their popular Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Chunky Monkey flavors.

The Coffee Caramel Fudge consists of fudge chunks and caramel swirls mixed into a base of Fairtrade coffee. The P.B. & Cookies has crunchy peanut butter swirls with chocolate sandwich cookie pieces mixed in. The Chocolate Fudge Brownie, like their standard one, consists of chocolate ice cream, or whatever they want to call it, and fudge brownies from New York’s Greyston Bakery. Last, but not least, the Chunky Monkey will be  banana-flavored with fudge chunks and walnuts mixed in.

The big addition to the Ben & Jerry’s brand came on the heels of a change.org petition with 28,400 supporters asking for a non-dairy option, according to USA Today.

Now everyone can enjoy Ben & Jerry’s! Well, they’re not gluten-free, so people with a gluten sensitivity can’t enjoy them, but y’all can’t enjoy anything, anyway.
