Craving: Smoked Colossal Burger

The next time I have a barbecue at my house I’m going to make me a couple of these burgers! Check out how to make one of these Colossal Burgers!

To make four of these bad boys you need two pounds of 80/20 hamburger meat with one pound of Jimmy Dean maple sausage, Worcestershire sauce, one egg and some garlic and onion powder. Form the patties and stuff some Canadian bacon and smoked Gouda cheese inside of them. On top you can lather it up with some Jack’s Old South hickory rub and some Dijon mustard. The final step is to blanket the patty with bacon and let the flavors blend together on the grill!

This is definitely going to be on my barbecue  line up  this summer! (Thx SMF)
