Craving: Kalua Pig & Cabbage
In high school I had a lot of friends that were from the Pacific Rim. One thing they introduced me to was Hawaiian barbecue, and I haven’t turned back ever since. Kalua pig and cabbage is probably one of my favorite things to eat. Add a side of rice and macaroni salad and I’m like a kid in a candy shop. I think I’ll visit L&L Barbecue to get some just about now. (PixThx Maona)
