Craving: Crunchy Roll

Sushi is one of my favorite foods. For the new and timid, crunchy rolls are one of the easiest to eat. Nowhere near nigiri but still dealing with seafood, the crunchy roll is filling and yummy. Usually filled with crab meat, shrimp tempura, veggies, avocado, and rolled up in rice and seaweed to be topped with crunchy bits and a delicious sauce, crunchy rolls are more than enough for a beginner. Try Shiki if you want really good ones.
