Craving: Cha Gio

…again with the Vietnamese food! These aren’t your typical egg rolls you get at Jack In The Box (though those are very delicious), these are Vietnamese style egg rolls – egg rolls stuffed with meats, shrimp, veggies, pork, and/or veggies, rolled inside of a wanton wrapper and deep fried ’til a crispy golden brown. Also, it’s not served up with sweet and sour sauce but rather with a sweetened fish sauce and to be eaten with lettuce, mint, and other delicious pickled goodness. (PicThx Delicious! Delicious!)
