Start your fireworks show off with a bang by putting together these super simple cherry pepper bombs at your next shindig.

We hollowed out some cherry peppers, stuffed them with a healthy helping of bacon, (and an even healthier helping of) cream and cheddar cheese to hack the heat. Just send these little suckers for a quick trip to the oven and serve, for a savory appetizer with just the right amount of heat to get the party started. Pro Tip: Have a cold glass of milk on standby to diffuse the heat just in case.

Cherry Pepper Bombs
Ingredients:
Cherry Peppers (as many as you desire)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pack Cream Cheese
Bacon (Cooked & Crispy)

  1. For the filling, mix finely chopped crispy bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and some leftover bacon fat until combined. Set aside.
  2. Slice off the tops of your cherry peppers and set aside. Scoop out the seeds of each cherry pepper.
  3. Pipe the filling into the hollow cherry peppers and place the tops of the peppers back on.
  4. Place in a 350 degree oven until cherry peppers are heated through, about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Pop these peppers in your mouth for a spicy flavor explosion and don’t forget to diffuse with an ice cold glass of milk!
