Move Over White Claw, CBD Seltzer Is Here

Hard seltzers were as omnipresent during the summer of 2019 as FILA Disruptors were in 2018. No matter the occasion, they were there. Where there was a gathering, there was a White Claw. Or a Truly. Or, less fortunately, a Bon & Viv. Now, as daylight grows sparse and cold weather enters the picture, Queen City Hemp looks to shift seltzer’s focus toward winding down, not turning up, with the recent expansion of their CBD seltzers.

Originally released in 2017, the seltzers were previously only sold online in the form of a multi-flavor case of 24. Now, they’ll be available in single flavor 6-packs and 12-packs.

In addition, both single cans and packs of the seltzer will be for sale in most grocers and convenience stores throughout Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri, making these cans of relaxation more accessible than they’ve ever been.

Exactly how much relaxation is in each can, though? It’s tough to say. Indeed, each 12oz can of seltzer comes infused with 5mg of full-spectrum CBD. But CBD’s effects are tricky and determined by a host of factors, like weight and tolerance. To see how much of an effect this dosage might have — or might not have — peep our semi-review of a CBD lemonade from earlier this year.

Queen City Hemp’s CBD seltzer comes in a few flavors: Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, Guava, and Lemon & Lavender. To pick up one, or all four, of these flavors, visit their website where the new 6-packs and 12-packs are available, along with the old 24-packs.
