‘Best Burger In America’ Collabs With Legendary Streetwear Brand

Twenty years ago, legendary rapper Bun B made his first major brand collaboration with the longstanding streetwear label, LRG. Two decades after their first collaboration, the two are back at it again, bringing heat to both the streetwear scene and the burger world.

The Houston rap legend and co-founder of Trill Burgers, recently crowned ‘America’s Best Burger,’ is teaming up with LRG for a partnership that’s serving up new menu items, exclusive merch, and a major back-to-school giveaway.

Mark your calendars for this Saturday, August 10, at 11 a.m., when the collaboration officially kicks off at Trill Burgers’ brick-and-mortar spot at 3607 S. Shepherd Dr. in Houston. The first 200 customers in line will score a free backpack, complete with a pair of LRG socks—a stylish start to the school year.

The limited-edition Trill Burgers x LRG merch drops the same day, featuring two graphic tees ($35 each), a Trill Grilling Apron ($100), and a hat ($35), all decked out in the iconic Trill Burgers black and yellow. These items will be available both in-store and on l-r-g.com, but with only a small batch made, they won’t last long.

For this weekend only, Trill Burgers is adding the SLAB (Stay Lifted and Eat Burgers) Burger to the menu—a double beef smashburger with crispy edges, loaded with Serrano peppers, avocado, lettuce, and bacon. This tribute to Houston car culture, crafted by Trill Burgers chefs Fernando Valladares and Mike Pham, will be available as part of a combo for dine-in customers on August 10 and 11.

Get there early, because this collaboration is set to be as iconic as the man behind it.
