This 850 Pound Cannabis Brownie Just Broke the World Record

I can’t say that my first experience with a cannabis brownie was the greatest. This was back in college, before regulations, and I had maybe only smoked once before. The amount of THC was not printed neatly on a label. There wasn’t even a label, it was literally cannabis roulette. When it hit me it felt like I teleported to the other side of the room.

The industry has leveled up since and edibles are fast becoming one of the most popular ways to consume cannabis. Massachusetts-based brand MariMed, creator of well known cannabis chews Betty’s Eddies, has just launched their new edible treat Bubby’s Baked. These won’t teleport you across the room, but they do pack the nostalgic taste of homemade brownies. Made in small batches from scratch, Bubby’s uses all natural ingredients with full-spectrum high quality cannabis.

To celebrate the new release, MariMed baked the world’s largest cannabis-infused brownie. It’s a 850lb chocolate mass filled with 20,000mg of THC, enough to send you back to the future. The previous record holder was non-infused and only weighed in at 243lbs. This brownie easily bites the competition.

While the 850-pounder is not available for purchase, you can get your hands on Bubby’s Baked brownie bites at Massachusetts locations here, with Delaware and Maryland getting them early next year.
