This Post-Apocalyptic Supper Club Might Be The Most Insane Part Of EDC
The immersive, dystopian dinner experience Salvage City Supper Club returns to the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) grounds in Las Vegas.
Marketed as a show within a show, the cirque-style experience continues to push the boundaries of dining by throwing guests into a sensory-heavy world filled with singers, dancers, aerialists, and fire performers, all while a family-style dinner unfolds around them.

Former Food Network Chopped champion Matt Rolnick leads this year’s menu, centering the culinary experience around communal dining. Chef Rolnick’s lineup includes dishes like Black Garlic & Cherry BBQ Pork, Torino-style Short Rib Ragu, and vegetarian options that tie directly into the immersive, post-apocalyptic world Salvage City builds around the table.
The 60-minute dinner experience also includes free-flowing alcoholic beverages, with cocktails and wine pairings designed to move alongside the story throughout the night.

Salvage City runs all three nights of EDC, offering multiple dinner seatings between 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. each evening. For festival-goers looking to step away from the chaos outside, the supper club creates a strange little pocket of luxury inside the madness. Tickets can be purchased here.
