Pepsi Made A Prebiotic Cola—And It Drops On Black Friday

Pepsi announced its foray into the prebiotic soda market back in July and is now offering fans a chance to experience its gut-friendly sodas ahead of their release next year.

Available on Black Friday for a limited time in Original and Cherry Vanilla flavors, the new Pepsi Prebiotic Cola delivers the taste you know and love, paired with healthy functional ingredients. Each can includes 3 grams of prebiotic fiber, only 30 calories, and 5 grams of sugar, without artificial sweeteners. 

“This breakthrough innovation upholds the iconic taste of Pepsi that people love, now with no artificial sweeteners, lower sugar, and functional ingredients. It’s an inimitable taste—designed to meet the demands of cola lovers, cola newcomers, and everyone in between,” said Gustavo Reyna, vice president of marketing at Pepsi, in a statement.

On November 28, fans can purchase Pepsi Prebiotic Cola on Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok, and in select markets on Kroger.com, DashMart, and GoPuff on a first-come-first serve basis.
