The new Fried Mozzarella Bloomerangs mash up classic mozz sticks with the chain’s signature Bloomin’ Onion spices, giving you six crispy, cheesy pieces built for dipping. Naturally, they come with a side of marinara, because some things you don’t mess with.

It’s the appetizer crossover we didn’t see coming — but kinda makes perfect sense.
