It’s hard not to drop all the dad jokes and puns with this news, but you better brie-lieve that Baskin-Robbins has an all-new flavor of the month that’s Brie and Burrata inspired. Yes, these cheeses are celebrated for their rich and creamy flavors, with brie being a timeless classic often featured on cheese boards.

According to the Baskin-Robbins website, the “brie and burrata flavored ice creams with almond & pistachio pieces & apricot swirls, cheeseboard-inspired flavor will have you in your hosting era.” Sounds good to us!

“Brie Our Guest,” as Baskin-Robbins puts it. With Friendsgiving, Thanksgiving, and Christmas just around the corner, this dessert might be the ultimate way to end your holiday meals—a luxurious finish that perfectly balances the rich flavors of the season. Plus, if you share your dessert plans with guests before the first course, this unique and eccentric choice is sure to spark some fun conversation.

Back in the early 2000s, I shamelessly visited Baskin-Robbins twice a week during my Pecan Praline phase, so I have a soft spot for the ice cream chain. I can’t help but admire their willingness to think outside the box with their latest flavor launch—even if it’s a little cheesy.

You can use Baskin-Robbins’ online shop finder to check which locations carry the new flavor. But brie careful—call ahead to ensure another fan hasn’t already cleaned out the shop!
