The Infamous Pickle Cookie Is Back After Its First Sold Out Run

When Foodbeast first dropped the Pickle Cookie last month, the collective torches and pitchforks crowd in the comments was met with bigger energy from eager pickle fanatics wanting to try it. The result was a sold out run, validating the necessity of giving the people more of what they want.

And that Foodbeast did, as the infamous Pickle Cookie is back with a replenished stash and a cute new name — meet The Pookie. For a refresher on its tasty deets, The Pookie features dill pickle chips from the pickle masters at Kaylin + Kaylin, chocolate and peanut butter chips, and a hot honey peanut butter blondie that’s then wrapped in vanilla brown butter dough, courtesy of Stuffed Cookies.

In the clip above, we hooked some strangers up with a taste of The Pookie to get their thoughts, with all intrigued by how good it was.

If you’re a pickle lover with a sweet tooth, know that the second drop of The Pookie is available now at the Foodbeast store. Pro-tip: enjoy these cookies in quarters, because they can be frozen for up to three months, which means savoring these treats can be prolonged!
