Let This Barbecue Sauce Fountain Purify Your Next Rack Of Ribs

When it comes to food fountains, it’s the usual chocolate that wows the crowd. Hidden Valley once upped the ante with a ranch fountain. But never have I ever thought that a barbecue sauce fountain would come along and stop my mindless scrolling for long enough to replay its ingenious setup many times over.

This wondrous flip on the classic food fountain opens up numerous meaty possibilities to harness that tangy barbecue sauce deluge. We have Chef Michael Ponzio out of Chicago, Illinois to thank for this crafty tweak on an original. In the clip above, we see him treating a rack of ribs to this waterfall of sauce.

But let’s not stop there, just imagine purifying grilled chicken, smoked sausages, and even juicy brisket in that zesty fountain of flavor. Salute to you, Chef Ponzio, for this tremendous flex of culinary creativity.
