For specifics, Carl’s Jr. and Hardy’s are offering diners a new chili that’s made with ground beef, tomatoes, onions, peppers, chilis, and a blend of spices.
Carl’s Jr.. is testing the new chili cheese menu items in Los Angeles, California and El Paso, Texas markets, while Hardee’s is testing them in Washington, DC, Harrisburg-Lancaster-Lebanon-York, Pennsylvania and Greenville-Spartanburg-Asheville-Anderson, South Carolina and North Carolina.
