Wolfgang Puck Shows You How To Create His Favorite Childhood Dessert

Let’s take it back to a past Taste the Details episode, where the legendary Wolfgang Puck showed us how to re-create his favorite childhood dessert, kaiserschmarrn.

“We didn’t have a lot of money when I grew up, so we actually ate sweets for dinner, kaiserschmarrn was one of them,” Puck shared. For those unfamiliar, the dish is similar to an extra fluffy and pillowy sweet pancake. Paired with raspberry sauce and strawberries, as Puck did in the clip above, this dish becomes a complete dessert that’s a compliment of tasty flavors.

It’s really a wonder to see Wolfgang Puck still doing his thing in the kitchen, but that’s just a testament to the fabulous work ethic and passion that’s taken him to the upper echelon of his industry. For an in-depth glimpse into his storied career, take a look at the just released trailer to his upcoming documentary on Disney+.
