Popeyes Drops New Fiery ‘Voodoo Tenders’

We know the only Popeyes news you want to hear involves a spicy crispy chicken breast between a warm bun, but don’t sleep on their spooky new offering.

Popeyes just launched new Voodoo Tenders, which consist of their classic crispy chicken strips, doused with a garlicky sweet chili “Voodoo Sauce,” and a heap of chives to add a little bit of color.

The sauce itself is quite nice, and the spice actually comes through without being overpowering.

As of now, they come in a 3-piece and 5-piece combo that includes one of their choking-hazard biscuits and a regular side.

Again, sorry that this isn’t the Popeyes news you were expecting, but I suppose you can take your own bread and make a Voodoo chicken sandwich.
